The National Pesticide Information Center receives thousands of questions each year from a diverse audience. In order to serve a broader portion of the community, NPIC has the ability to address questions concerning pesticides in multiple foreign languages.

An agreement with LanguageLine Solutions connects NPIC with interpreters trained in medical and scientific terminology for real-time interpretation in more than 240 languages. Translation services, as well as language identification, are provided immediately during calls at no cost to NPIC clientele.

This service is the same service used by numerous poison control centers across the United States.

Spanish Resources (Recursos en español de pesticidas)

The National Pesticide Information Center also has resources for Spanish speaking callers including Spanish speaking pesticide specialists and links to Spanish pesticide information.
